Who am I?

I’m a seasoned Master Coach with over 15 years of experience teaching and mentoring inside Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Coach Training. I’ve mentored scores of coaches, taught Mentoring for Wayfinders, led my own group mentoring classes (including coach-the-coach style sessions), and helped coaches prepare for their ICF designation.   I also run a thriving practice as The Confidence Coach, helping women build the confidence and competence they need in the areas that matter most—whether that’s work, relationships, or navigating big life transitions.
