• Develop and refine ways of accessing your authentic self no matter how serious or complex. Specifically, we will explore how accepting the good, the bad and the ugly can actually improve your relationship with your self and with others.

• Take baby steps, implementing the action steps necessary to fully experience freedom, purpose and passion in your life – whether it’s leaving a job, learning a new skill or being a better parent.

8-Week Personalized Coaching Package

In this two-month program package you will receive all benefits of my "Imagine the Possibilities" Laser Coaching, plus you will:

• Rewrite/reframe your story, despite how horrific or painful so you can feel peaceful, deeply satisfied and truly aligned with your authentic self.

Personal Coaching - Hourly

Do you have a pressing issue that you want to address that simply can't wait? Would you sometimes just like a tune-up without the commitment of a coaching package? I am often available with 24 hours notice to coach you on anything that you desire. No paperwork to complete when you choose this option.
